A recent post on this forum suggests that your entertainment continues to go beyond midnight, despite locally agreed guidelines that all music should have ceased by this time. Is this correct? As you have not responded to the post, but are content to use this forum to advertise your bar, perhaps you could tell us all if this is going to continue. Just so all the other compliant bars know. Fair enough?

I would be grateful if you could clarify which thread or comment you are referring to, I have searched through ASL & can not find any comments that were made after the meeting on the 23rd May suggesting that we have breached the agreement.
I can confirm that since the meeting of the 23rd May of which myself & only 1 other bar in our fascinate attended, have agreed to the conditions of the agreement, our live music will cease at midnight, after which we will only have ambient music until the end of our licensed opening time. Fair enough ?

Ok I have read the thread, I still can't see where there is any suggestion that I have breached the agreement as you have suggested. The thread you have directed me to mentions the Police came to our bar dead on midnight Friday etc I can confirm that I did not work on Friday I was not at my bar I was at home, so this disqualifies the statement that I allegedly saw the Police so turned off the music. I will confirm that I did receive a visit from the National Police last Thursday at around 11.45pm, Live music was on a singer Gary Young, Police asked to see my paper work concerning my bar, they asked to see my fire extinguishers, the Police were satisfied all was in order, they left & the music finished at 12pm.
I actually asked if your bar's entertainment continued past midnight, as the post clearly stated it had, until the police were spotted and it was stopped 'mid flow'. As you were not there, I imagine you gave clear instructions to those you left in charge to end loud music at midnight, so can't believe it would have continued after this, right? The original post must be incorrect.
