Energy saving certificate.
Has anyone had an energy saving certificate issued recently and if so what sort of cost was involved.
Thank you Alan., Like you I dont relish the idea of paying the prices they are quoting but the trouble is should a miracle happen and we get a house sale the certificate must be produced.I have a Finca in San Fulgencio village so dread to think of the cost..I dont understand why the cost is so high when in the UK it can be done for as little as £45...We have already paid 435 euros for an Architect(???)to spend 10 minutes or so in our house to do a survey for a certificate of habitacion only for the town hall to refuse it.

The price varies with the size of the house,I have been told a three bed Quad will be around 2o0 Euros,A friend of ours had her Three bed Villa done this afternoon,she is still not sure,but she thinks it was 280 Euros,she isn't sure if that includes I:V:A:so it could be about340 with IVA.
I need mine done but will not pay these silly prices,I am sure once the panic is over the prices will come down from the rip off prices
