CLASSIC PRAWN COCKTAIL ~ with homemade Marie-rose sauce
MUSHROOMS A LA GREQUE ~ fresh mushrooms cooked in olive oil with
onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice & black pepper, served chilled with a salad garnish
ENTREMESES ~ a platter of Spanish meats & cheeses, garnished with olives
TOMATO & MOZZARELLA SALAD ~ drizzled with olive oil & balsamic
vinegar, topped with fresh basil
MAINS.....
PRIME RUMP STEAK ~ cooked to your liking & served with a delicious
sauce of your choice, either pepper or blue cheese
THE ROJOS STACK ~ a fresh, meaty beef burger topped with bacon & cheese,
sliced tomato, gherkin & lettuce, served with homemade onion rings & chips
CREOLE CHICKEN ~ chicken breast marinated in Cajun spices, accompanied by a
spicy tomato sauce & served with a timbale of funky rice
HOMEMADE SALMON FISHCAKES ~ served with a fresh parsley &
white wine cream sauce
