SEXERCISE FITNESS CLASS
I have just got back from the first class to be held in Quesada and it was great, over 30 people turned up to a fun packed and hard working hour of exercise. The next one is Wednesday evening at 6 so if you missed out then you get a second chance.
I am very interested in going to your class Julie but can not make it tomorrow night, my friends were telling me about it yesterday and how good you are. Will you be having any more classes or is this just a one off? ( I HOPE NOT)

The Sexercise classes are at the Hotel Corazon on Mondays at 10 and Wednesdays at 6,if you wish to reserve a place you can do to avoid disappointment.I also have other classes at my purpose built studio in Quesada where I teach yogalates ,a combination of yoga and pilates,classes are for beginners and advanced .The slim and tone class on a Tuesday at 11 is also very popular.Please feel free to give me a call if you need any more details Charly my telephone number is 645060142.Julie
