Lee and Joy welcome you to their beautifully maintained, 3 bedroom villa in Dona Pepa II, which is south facing and situated within a privately gated community, making it ideal for both couples and family holidays. This spacious villa consists of 2 (upstairs) double bedrooms, both with private balconies; one overlooks the beautifully maintained communal pool an gardens. Along from the bedrooms there is a family bathroom with a large corner bath/shower.

The ground floor consists of a modern fitted kitchen with marble work surfaces; fan assisted oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The shower room/toilet and third (twin with wardrobe) bedroom is off the spacious lounge, which is furnished to a high specification. Quesada – Is a town on your doorstep and is renowned for its blue skies, all year round sunshine, white sandy beaches and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe. It offers delicious cuisine as well as a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. If you are a keen golfer then nearby you will find many beautiful and high quality golf courses such as, La Marquesa, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante, El Plantio and Bonalba, to name but a few. Quesada also has its own child friendly waterpark, which is clean, modern and well maintained. It’s open every day during the summer months.

Guardamar - A lively town, which has kept its traditional cultures and values. It is situated only 10 minutes drive from Quesada and boasts 14 km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports.
During the second half of July the town comes alive with their annual Fiesta, as the Moors and Christians are celebrated. Evenings are full of celebrations, where the locals parade through the town in elaborate and spectacular costumes accompanied by music and fireworks, (18 to 27 July 2014).

Torrevieja – A large bustling town, (10 minutes drive) which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops. It also has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night market. It also has a large water park on the N332, ideal for all the family.

One hours drive away you will find the ever-popular Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including the magnificent Terra Mitica theme park.
You also have the local salt flats situated at Torrevieja and Santa Pola off the N332. Santa Pola, for example, (10 minutes drive), is home to many varieties of birds, which can be observed there all year round, such as – the Greater Flamingo, Little Egret, Red-Crested Pochard and Kentish Plover.
Quesada is a perfect town in many ways, not only for summer holidays but also long term visits, especially winter breaks.
Both Alicante and Murcia are within a 30 minutes drive away, directions supplied upon booking.
