Units / shops to rent.
Looking to open up a new store/shop on the urb in the new year. This is something that is not currently available on the urb so will not release details until the new year however if any one knows of any available places to rent please let me know so I can pass the relavent details on the correct person to make some enquires. They are only aware of the shops by Iceland but looking somewhere more on the urb by consume, grey area or at the top of the urb.

There's an empty unit next to our pub, it used to be a Cornish Pride bakery, which closed last February. The unit is a 100m2, It has mains water & electricity supply & is located below cosum square, approximately 200m from the main post office of La Marina, I believe the rent is approx €450 per month plus I.V.A.
