I am interested to know what it is like to live in the Villamartin area, I have often been there and have always found it nice but it seems a bit of a tourist spot and I feel that it could be noisy. I have friends who have asked me to find out what it is like so I thought the best thing to do was ask those that live there
hi there, we have an apartment (which incidentally is for sale!!) opposite the plaza. we holiday there every summer and find that in summer the touristy thing adds to the feel and the atmosphere of the place. winter is quiet, but still lovely and makes a change as the bars are queiter then. the balance in villamartin is great. we are very close to the plaza, but are not disrupted by noise or anything and it's so lovely to walk back to the apartment (2 mins) after a lovely meal out.
