"de categoría" When the Spanish say this they have missed out a word which would be primera. So "de primera categoría" literally "of the first category" would be interpreted as "First Class" or perhaps "Top Notch". The villa's up there with that category; it's not perfect, but it is really rather nice. A very spacious flat plot with easy access and low maintenance given its size which is around three quarters of an acre, with lovely views, garage outside kitchen barbeque, utility block, swimming pool, Oliva orchard, palm trees etc. Once inside there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a comfortable lounge with feature fireplace and a super new kitchen with plenty of space for dining if you are so inclined, which I am! Less than 5 minutes by car into town and if you must go to the beach, well it's only about 45 minutes away. The airport run is nice and easy too, around 45 minutes to Valencia and around 75 to Alicante. Those with a map can now try to pinpoint where it is or you could just call me and ask.
