There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 5 minute drive. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar. Accommodation The lounge has air conditioning, leather sofas, heater, dvd player, and satellite TV showing a selection of English channels BBC. ITV, Movies, Kids, Music etc. Premier league football coverage is available at several of the local bars. The Kitchen area has ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full electric oven & ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils, iron and ironing board and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, (master with air conditioning), one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and both with large wardrobes, and bedside tables with lamps, and hair dryer. There is also a turret room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside table (supplement payable for 5th & 6th persons). The lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The fully tiled bathroom has toilet, wash handbasin, bidet and bath with shower over. The villa is ideal for a long let as well as a holiday stay. Facilities There are gardens to the front and side of the villa and also a large private solarium and secluded courtyard enabling you to sunbathe and dine al fresco. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private, gated, swimming pool is located just behind the property.
