The lounge and bedrooms all have high beamed ceilings with fans. Steps lead down to a mature garden and private pool together with an additional shower room. Adjoining the pool is a large terrace for sunbathing.

Monovar is a lovely town surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and almond trees with easy motorway access to the beach and airport within 30 minutes.

It is a quiet and peaceful area with wonderful mountain walks available right on the doorstep. There are a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants together with a beautiful catholic church for Sunday services.

There is a daily indoor market where you can purchase local produce and a bustling outdoor market every Monday.

Wine is available direct from the local bodegas from as little as 5 euro for 5 litres. The prestigious local golf course of Alenda is approx 20 minutes drive away and horse riding is available aprox 30 minutes drive away. The area provides the perfect setting for all walking and cycling enthusiasts or perhaps you would just prefer to simply soak up the atmosphere and relax by the pool. In any event you are sure to experience a wonderful holiday.
