Located in a quiet community next to the golf course, this apartment is ideally situated to give the perfect holiday to either golfers who have the choice of several courses in the area including the championship course at La Finca just 15 mins away by car, or individuals or families who want a more relaxing holiday on the beautiful blue flag beaches nearby. You could sunbathe all day long on the large solarium or watch the golfers play the par 3, 15th hole. There are many activities to take part in like bowls, walking, swimming not only in the sea but also in the aqua parks of Quesada, Torrevieja and La Siesta. There are many places of interest to visit like Benidorm and Alicante with its amazing Santa Barbara Castle and Terra Mitica is only one hour away by car as is Aqualandia. You could also choose to scuba dive or take a boat trip to Tabarca Island. There is horse riding stables nearby and if you want further details on any of these activities I can provide information. The apartment has a balcony off the lounge which has a table and chairs and there is an upstairs solarium which has day - long sun and is equiped with loungers and chairs and a sunbrella. Coast/Beach The nearest beaches are 10 minutes by car at Guardamar and Torre la Mata. These are blue flag beaches with lifeguards throughout the summer months. Just sunbathe or take a pedal boat ride. The blue flag beaches of Torrevieja are 20 minutes away by car or you can walk along the boardwalk from Torre la Mata all the way to Torrevieja. It might take an hour if you walk quickly. All along this coast the sand is clean and white and there are many towns and villages worth visiting. Golf 5 minute walk to La Marquesa golf club house. A par 72 course. The apartment is close to many course in the area including La Finca championship course built in 2002, par 72 only 15 minutes away. Villamartin another par 72 course is only 20 minutes away as is Las Ramblas. Travel The apartment is 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia, San Javier airport. A car is essential to enjoy a variety of activities and transport to and from the airports. I can provide details of hire car firms if necessary. Distances Rojales the local town is 3km away. Guardamar is 8km. Torrevieja is 12km. Alicante City is 50km. Alicante Airport is 40km. Further details Any details of amenities, activities, best routes to the apartment etc. can be provided by prior arrangement or even whilst on holiday. All the local shops are open every day and some on Sunday so provisions are not a problem. There are markets in local villages each day of the week as well. There are many local fiestas from Easter through to September celebrating events like the Moors and Christians historical activities. There are also many coach trips available to places of interest or beauty, like Benidorm Palace for cabaret and dinner, Guadalest for breathtaking beauty. Coach pick up points are in Quesada.
