I emailed the company and Richard responded quickly,we agreed a time and place for him to call which he did. The service,knowledge and profesionalism in which he dealt with all security issues doors,gates and opening a safe nothing was a bother,don't bother shopping around call them you won't be dissapointed by the service or the price.
Unfortunately the lock on our gates broke today.
I called these people and I was told that it could take 1-1½ hours before they could come. I received subsequently a call advising me that they would arrive at my home in 20 minutes.
The gates were locked and the keys did not function. The engineer "picked" the lock, identified that the lock was past its sell by date, fitted a completely new lock and assured himself that the gate handles and the lock functioned perfectly.
After 1 hour 15 minutes the job was done, cost 85 Euros! I was expecting to pay much more!
I can highly recommend these people.
