Refuse Collection

Last week i mentioned that San Fulgencio refuse disposal workers were going on strike,from next monday,and that out mayor tells us he has a guarantee that our rubbish will be collected. .I asked jeff if he could let us know how this guarantee will work,I am still waiting for any advise he may gleem from our Council leader.
I am very interested as the Mayor stated the workers were not being paid by the contractors as they in turn have not been paid by san Fulgencio Council for the sum of 1.2million euros.that is outstanding.so Who is guaranteed to do this job,that people who do a great job now dont get paid for
