Mains sewage installation

Is there anyone who was involved with the mains sewage problem on El Oasis who could answer a couple of questions?
I understand they won their case and did not have to pay for the installation but who was made responsible Aquagest or the Town hall?
Also if the work stopped were they told they had to install a water purifying system at their own expense
We are experiencing a similar problem and would like to gather as much info as possible
Many thanks

We actually won 3 court cases, the council were made responsible by the court. 90% to the council. 10% to residents. The council reversed this ruling. Giving me personally a bill for 21,800.00. €. Wrecked every road and pulled out. do come to Oasis and see what they have done. BRYSKY.

Hmm..I've always wondered what was the outcome of this terrible scenario that the good people of El Oasis found themselves caught up in (?)..I hear so many different versions of the story to date...but what I will say is that if a court of law (I wonder how far this actually went through the Spanish Judicial System..Local..Regional..National..European?)..found that the council was liable for the majority of the costs..and then the council took it upon themselves to ignore said ruling...then surely the good people of El Oasis should follow the example the esteemed council of San Fulgencio set (I know I would!)?..Anyway..I don't envy those poor people who find themselves in this situation..it's pretty scary I'd imagine! :(
