I took our dog to be cut at a different place to what I usually use. If the person who cut him is qualified then I am a hairdressr. He has had the worse cut he has ever had in his ten years of life. Apart from that it cost us 8 euros more than it normally cost. So be warned the grass is not always greener on the other side. When my husband picked the dog up he was told it would be 10 euros cheaper next time, but, there will not be a next time. My dog looks as if he has been cut with a knife and fork I could have cut him better myself. The people concerned were neither Spanish or English, and I will not be promoting their services in a hurry.

Hi Eve I dont know where you usually go, but we use Pet Shop Patricia in the village and they are brilliant. Our dog used to have to be sedated to have his hair cut as he was so agressive. They have persivered with him and now he is so much better. I wouldnt say he loves going, but it's no longer the trauma it used to be. They charge us €24 ( he is small/ medium). Last time he went for a cut Patricia even collected our dog from the bar for me as I was unable to get him there. I would highly recommend them.
