La marina- life

What has become of the la marina from not so many years ago (2001 on to about 2004 ish)there seemed to be more happy people out and about, some are still here but the do gooders/kill joys have/are trying to take over and want to turn the area into gods waiting room what has happened to the lets have a bit of enjoyment for all, instead we have what can we change/moan about now brigade much the same as we now have in the UK lets not let them win in Spain even in little England (la marina parts of) after all times are hard enough as it is without the area falling into more decline
