What next someone wants smokers not to take there drinks with them outside to smoke after 10.00 as they may talk to loud and spend more time there GROW up, there again maybe ban kids from going outplaying during daylight hours as they make a noise and all road traffic after 10.00 p.m.on the urb unless they are in 1 hour spaces and only one a time
