I have been offered a 3 bed villa for rent in the Almoradi area for both long and short term let with pool

And also a two bed apartment

I am looking for a local agent to manage them.

What you charging per month long-term for the villa Steve?

It's not my villa but one that the owner needs a local estate agent to manage for her. But it seems no one is interested.
