Quite a few friends have told me that they are having the most inquiries and bookings that they have had for years. Must be the weather back that end.

What also seems to also be helping is that BA seem to be back in the picture some of their flights seem to be OK price wise.

I've actually booked flights with BA to go back to England Beginning of May. Usually go with Monarch but BA were so much cheaper, plus they say you get a free meal and free bar service (whatever that means). I'll have half a dozen bottles of white wine with my meal then ha ha

Carol
I have used the newish B.A: to Heathrow,a few times since it opened (the alicante Gatwick starts 1st April) you dont get a meal, you get a couple of wraps, tea or coffee, when they ask if you want anything else ask for a winw or whatever, then later just ask a cabin crew for another drink.Would love to fly them everytime, unfortunately sometimes not possible.
But the attention you get is much more professional from staff that care.Dont forget the 23 kilo hold luggage is in with price.in the last 24 hours before you travel you can book your seat online also free of charge

I've already booked my seats both ways Alan, but I did have to pay for that. I will take a sandwich on board then - don't like wraps.

Yes Carol,it is only free 24 hours beforehand,Last time I flew out with my wife,my printer played up so I couldnt pre print the ticket, when we got to check in,the guy told us he would of printed it for us,as i say much more professional.
