The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and golf course. The property comprises of 1 very large double bedroom (twin bedded). THE APARTMENT WILL SLEEP 2 PEOPLE + 1 SMALL CHILD ONLY. Large Lounge/dining room, Bathroom, Kitchen,
and Utility room, also it has a large south facing balcony with table and 4 chairs which enjoys the sunshine from Noon until sunset. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a Moorish style apartment block. Just a 2 minute walk are all the Bars, Restaurants and Shops, the beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig is just a 5/6 minute drive away. It is not essential to have a Car as there is a Bus Service that goes hourly to and from La Zenia Beach the cost of this is 1 Euro 15 cents.
