When I started to talk to people about getting a Kindle here in Spain I found that there a few misconceptions about the problems buying here in Spain. The main one was that it would be very difficult to get it to convert from Spanish to English. This is completely untrue. One of the first options available when you switch on for the first time is to choose the language. If you do not know the Spanish for language you just have to look it up. From then on it is simply a question of following the instructions. Down loading books is also very easy and a download only takes a couple of minutes. If anyone is thinking to buy be aware that Amazon UK will not send these units outside the UK as it is not their policy, strange but true and to order the 'paper white' version you have to wait until February.
