La Marina

Tommy, a couple of simple questions.
What exactly is the presidents meeting?
Does this meeting impact on all of the residents in the original properties that are not part of a community?

Hi Golfer, The Presidents Assoc was set up to help and advise Presidents on their role in running their respective communities. The meetings are also useful to discuss any relevant matters which concern the communities. We also have regular meetings with the Town Hall to discuss matters which appertain to the Urbanisation, which has been very positive and productive in the past. For example, the meeting this week is to look into all aspects of Community Insurance, so all Presidents are fully aware of what cover they, and their owners, have. Anyone who does not live on a community, can always ask any President for advice, or, they can contact me.

Thanks for the quick response, however you seem to have evaded the question,
"Does this meeting impact on all of the residents in the original properties that are not part of a community" So I will ask again,
Would it be possible for the presidents meeting to ask or agree with the Town Hall or any other body for something that could apply to all the majority of La Marina/Oasis/Esquera residents without them being privy to let alone agreeing to?

I thought I had answered your question. We have meetings to help Presidents to manage communities. A lot of the older houses never set up a community, so they are classed as private dwellings, and as there is no community, there is no President, so basically, you are on your own. One thing I can assure you of, is that whenever we have meetings with the Town Hall, questions come up which are applicable for every resident, not just communities. For instance, we managed to get the speed limit on the Urb increased from 30Kph to 40Kph, and as I said before, if anyone wants information that we can help with, please get in touch.
