This property situated just outside the small town of Albatera offers some of the best views in the area having both mountain and sea views and has recently been re-furbished. There are 2 water supplies to the property: the first is the standard supply from the local private water company, the second is pumped via an automatic pump system from one of the 2 decorative wells situated in the grounds which are designed to collect any rainwater from the roofs during the winter months. Leading away from the first area is a short slope with rustic handrail and steps to the side leading to the Orchard apartment which has its own grounds with trees, seating area and balustrades.
