Description
This property situated just outside the small town of Albatera offers some of the best views in the area having both mountain and sea views and has recently been re-furbished. The property is set in grounds of approximately 2000m and approached via electric double gates. As well as the villa there are 2 separate sets of accommodation within the grounds each with their own private areas (this offers a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to the villa) thereby making 4 in total.
In the garden the 8 x 4 pool has roman steps and a terraced seating area all the way round from which to enjoy the magnificent mountain views. For people who need the shade there is also a large covered gazebo with the same mountain views. The grounds include two orchard areas where olive, orange, lemon, pomegranate, nispero, quince and almond trees are grown.

Outside
The main area has been laid with red gravel and landscaped with palm and exotic trees. There is a “Cactus corner” where many different types of cacti both large and small flourish.
There is an outside kitchen with sink, lighting and power and built-in BBQ with chimney. Glass doors close this building off. The outside kitchen adjoins the “Garden room”: a bright modern fully-tiled double bedroom with inset ceiling lights and fully-tiled en-suite with large glass-walled walk-in shower. There is a large mirror with lights over the sink.
Outside the front door there is a black wrought-iron spiral staircase leading to its own private solarium with fantastic 360 degree views of the mountains and surrounding areas to the coast and inland.
Roman steps lead into the 8m x 4m pool which has a large fully-tiled seating area all around which leads on to a raised tiled area suitable for that extra sun bathing.
Overlooking the pool and mountains there is a gazibo (5m x 5m) with tiled floor, lights and power point.
There are 2 water supplies to the property: the first is the standard supply from the local private water company, the second is pumped via an automatic pump system from one of the 2 decorative wells situated in the grounds which are designed to collect any rainwater from the roofs during the winter months. The property also had a new boiler fitted this year.
Leading away from the first area is a short slope with rustic handrail and steps to the side leading to the Orchard apartment which has its own grounds with trees, seating area and balustrades. The apartment consists of:
Lounge/kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, fitted units and sink) with inset ceiling lighting, double bedroom and fully-tiled en-suite with large glass-walled walk-in shower. There is a large mirror with lights over the sink.
Alongside the Orchard apartment is the pump room/tool shed.
The rest of the grounds on this level are given to a variety of fruit trees and a small vegetable plot.
Finally the slope/steps lead on to the lower orchard where again a selection of olive, almond and various other trees can be found.
