Accessibility Upon access to the plot there are two steps to a path walkway leading to the villa with a further 4 step to entrance. Its a single storey property for living accommodation with steps leading to the roof solarium. Outside A well landscaped garden with palm and fruit trees and tropical shrubs. Sun loungers, chairs and tables, and umbrellas, with a barbecue. Villa is alarm protected , an electronic access gate lock is linked to the intercom. Pool has external shower to remove excess sun lotions prior to pool entry Coast/Beach There are 25 blue flag beaches on this coast line the nearest La Marina beach is only short 10 minute drive away. Golf Championship golf courses surround the area with two locally. There are salt lakes and seasonal flamingos visit, countryside is delightful and many places of interest to visit. Special interest holidays La Marina and nearby surrounding areas offer multiple activities such as gym, badminton, jeep safari, hang gliding, balloon flights, quad bikes, bowling green, water sports, water parks, horse riding, nature walks and evening entertainment. Travel Nearest Airport is Alicante only 18-20 minutes away from the villa. Meet and greet is provided at the villa or can be arranged from the airport. We can arrange taxis or - please ask for quote. Car hire such as Carjet , budget, Avis etc are available from the airports. British Airways, BMI, Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch and Ryanair all serve Alicante and Murcia airports from the UK. Buses and taxis are available. I do recommend a car hire for this villa. Distances The nearest town is Guadamar (5 mins away), and with Elche (park of palms), Murcia (gardens and theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Santa Pola, Alicante are within casual drive from the villa by car or bus. Restruants are varied with Chinese, Indian, Italian, English and Spanish restaurants, bars and night clubs, a large hypermarkets and shopping malls within easy reach. Further details Shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets and bars all within 6 minutes walking distance. Iceland freezer centre 2 minutes drive. Local bus stop and taxi rank 10 mins walk. Go karting 5 minutes drive. Wildlife park in Elche 20 minutes drive. Booking notes £100 per week deposit, remainder of balance becomes payable 8 clear weeks before the start of your holiday. £100 bond is taken to secure against any loss or damage to the property (to date none have been withheld).
