Located on a relatively new development in the area above Burriana Beach, there are a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants only a short walk away downhill. The property benefits from 3 separate terraces, providing views to the sea and the mountains and as each terrace faces a different way you are guaranteed to find the sun or shade throughout the whole day.

The house has a large living and dining area, with seating for 6 and comes equipped with flat screen satellite TV, DVD and a CD player with AM/FM radio. PayGo Wi-Fi internet. From the living room there is access to two of the terraces, both of which are equipped with patio furniture and awnings to provide shade when needed and a large table for ‘al fresco’ dining.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a range of appliances, including a microwave/oven/grill, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and built-in wardrobes and a full bathroom with shower.

Stairs lead up to the further two bedrooms, both with double beds. Both are equipped with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes, and there is a further full bathroom on this level. From the landing a door leads to the third terrace with views to the sea and mountains.
