The apartment itself is spacious with a good sized entrance hall leading through to the large lounge/diner comfortably furnished with 2 cream colour leather settees. Patio doors lead out onto the large terrace area, partially covered with steps leading down to the private garden - perfect for sunbathing or as a play area for young children. The private garden is fully enclosed with a gate leading out to the communal gardens and pools. There is a portable BBQ.

There are 2 double bedrooms, the Master with double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with both bath and walk in shower cubicle. Patio doors also lead out from the Master bedroom to the patio. The second bedroom has twin beds and a small Juliette balcony. There is a second full family bathroom.

The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, and there is a utility room with washing machine.

The apartment has fully ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout and if you book during the cooler winter months there is a fireplace with cast iron wood burning stove.

In addition to easy parking on the exterior to the urbanisation there is an allocated garage space. If you choose not to hire a car there is a good regular bus service between Mijas and Fuengirola.
