The villa is within the sound of the waves. There are six double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, large lounge and dining area. Outside there is a gymnasium with two multi gyms and a punch bag. By the 9x4m swimming pool there is a large fixed table for 16. Next to the pool area is a small garden with hammocks to lie in the shade of the palm tree as you look out to sea. There is also a pool side kitchen and shower room and toilet. Just below the pool terrace is an AstroTurf sports pitch where the children can play football, netball, basketball, bowls, badminton, archery, etc . We have a table tennis table area. There is also a fruit garden where we grow bananas, oranges, tangerines, lemons, grapes, pomegranate, prickly pears, figs etc From this lower garden section you can use steps to walk to the beach ( approx. 3 minutes) or take the pavement from the top of the house (5 minutes). There are no busy roads to cross. There is one road at the beach but there it is quiet and there is a crossing.
Satellite English television, music centre with ipod docking, wii console and games, 12 family board games, dishwasher, separate drinks refrigerator, poolside refrigerator. Wifi for free and repeated throughout the house for better reception. We also have available to use bicycles and a two man ocean kayak.
