The villa is in a prime position on the 5* Mar Menor Golf resort and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. It is a short walk (3 mins) to the social centre and 5* Hotel, where you will find a bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a gym and tennis court for residents use.
