It all depends on where your staying but weve been here 7 months now & it was bad once but no places beside us were flooded & thats in Dona Pepa Quesada but the water does disapear quick as well.

The bottom of the golf course gets quite flooded when it does rain on the odd occasion. Its happened twice in the 4 and half years we have lived here. Most houses have several steps up to the door which seems to save the problems of the water coming in, as long as your door is not at garden level the water should stay in the garden or flow through it. But I know a few people who have roof terraces that have leaked badly into the house on these two occasions of Gota Fria.
