Dog Attack.

Today the dog that was attacked in ESCUERA the other day has died from his injuries.
After further investigations it has been found out that this same dog is responsible for the killing of another dog and 2 other attacks in the past 18 months in this area. All of the dog owners have made reports to the local police and even the council. Yet they have failed to act on this.
This dog has now Killed two dogs in the space of 18 months and still it roams the streets and the council & police have not battered a eye lid. Last year the council enforced a policy all dogs on leads. Why has this stopped.
For anyone who knew Nikki Barbara and Terry it was there dog Louis that was savagely attacked.
