I think you will find that the music was being played in the grey area. I was in the consum area and it was quiet as the grave.

Wouldn't it be funny if the music last night , wasn't being played in either of the places, mentioned.

It was in the grey area. There was a fiesta put on between the Woodstock and Anandas. I guess you hear what you want to hear.

Tony, As you say it could of been in the Grey Area, Also I believe it may of been on the Main Strip as the Council laid on a Fiesta outside of Supa Valu, Perhaps Reindeer can get his ears sorted by tonight as the Hogs Head are planning some music, I believe.

Think youll find it was from the top of the strip, grey area finished about 9pm. Anyway it wasn't that loud, why do people feel the need to moan on here all the time?

Agreed we went nearly a week without a posting about noise, just leave it alone will you. What are you gonna do tonight Halloween party's in nearly every venue on the Urb . Brilliant a wee bit life about the place.

yes Weejohn,Nearly a week, of no complaints about music noise, and when someone complains, he picks on the normal area, for complaints, totally regardless that the music was somewhere far away from the Consume area, just makes me think how many other complaints about the noise in the consume area are in fact nothing to do with the Bars that take all the flak in the Consume area.

So they still moan about the consum area and there was nothing on they missed a trick and think its a treat, should get out from there from gate more then they will find where the music etc came from

And no sound at all in the Consum area and it was quiet as the grave. And the music finished at 9 pm in the Grey area. Ok. But from which area came the loud music 11:30 pm?

First you have hearing trouble, then you read these comments and have eye sight problems, at least two comments mentioned the council run fiesta on the strip. you could also have read the La Marina Social scene comment which has a spread about the fiesta on the strip on the 30th October. Just let it go , you cocked up, you realized you cocked up, you admitted to it. If we all had the balls to own up, when we make a mistake on this Forum, This would be a much more enjoyable forum to read and comment on.
So I don't often say it but WELL DONE Reindeer Keeper.

So if in doubt blame the usual suspects consum Hogs head etc

I must be honest, 99% of the Bars on the Consum area have been VERY quiet. all week. The only noise from the Consum area was on Monday afternoon during our siesta period (yes some of us still follow the Traditional Siesta) and I am not sure, but I think that came from the upper level of Consum, NOT the usual Hogs Head.
Odd it may seem, but I think that was down to wind, as friends up near Calle Roma heard the music however other friends down nearer the Consum Bars in Calle Monaco did not, basically the noise carried up the natural valley of the Verde.
So well done Consum bars, lets hope it lasts.
