In the last few days 11 Extra La Marina Holiday Homes have been added to the site http://www.daydreamvillas.co.uk/la-marina-spain/Rentals/Holidays.htm Some of these do have Vacant dates in August as well as other months. Can I ask what is the best part of the Urb to have a Holiday let, and what type of Two/Three bed property would that be.
This would be to rent out for a long term/continuous let.
And what sort of return would it provide
