Cut backs on staff at Council offices

Have just read Jeffs new blog,and apparently, The Spanish Government have ordered all Councils to reduce staff.
San Fulgencio have apparently, today laid off three assessors.
with immediate affect. Jeff doesn't say what an assessor is but I would love to know.
Also waiting to see what other employees of the Council will be going.
But of course Jeff job will stay so will his office on the urb, and Sam will also stay with him. Possibly the others also worked from that office.
But I do think that it the Government wanted wages to be saved by sacking people ,the 90000 Euros saved on this episode, would be a long way from what the Government ordered.
So we wait to see what happens next.

Did I hear someone say the Council are contributing 90,000euros towards reinstating the infrastructure the previous council demolished on the Urb Oasis, La Marina, San Fulgencio 01377 leaving us living in total chaos, but still paying full taxes!!!!!

I think you have more chance of seeing a flying pig, than Oasis getting what is rightfully there's.
It is obvious San Fulgencio Has no thought for anywhere else except it piddly little Peublo.
It looks like they havnt given up a single Cent, as the 90,000 Euro saving has all come from the Urbs coffers.via the sacking of three staff who worked on the Urb.
