Hi, Im a spanish phisiotherapist based in Alicante city. I got an apartment in Guardamar del Segura so I know all the area quite well. I'd like to post some advise about health every once in a while. Also, Im please to give help regarding the spanish life, place to visit, paperwork, etc. Wellcome all suggestions. Best regards,
