La Marina Fiesta 2011

Yes,well done to all the people who organised and participated in this years Fiesta,it was undoubtably a success.
For those who who couldnt stay late,may of missed jeff getting up on stage and promising that next years fiesta will outdo this years one,I really hope that this time he is telling me the truth(it would make a pleasant change)
So to the many hundreds who attended this years Fiesta and those who didnt, book three days on your calenders for next year,It should be something else

Good to read some appreciative comments, I was beginning to think that all you people in La Marina were a bunch of sad people, who just want to complain about everything.

Have no doubt that Suzanne and Richard did a great job.

If I did enjoy anything at the fiesta it was that I was able to drink a cocktail or two at the bars on the square compared to previous years where there was a monopoly on beer and spirit sales.
I hope that bars and restaurants benefitted from such an opportunity.

Perhaps that is the problem with this Angelique person (whoever they may be) - just maybe, she comes on the forum after having more than just one or two cocktails - if everyone gets my drift. The way this person is so extremely rude and aggressive to a lot of the people up here is completely uncalled for a lot of the time. Of course one is allowed to have their own opinion on the various topics discussed/debated up here but this person is certainly well over-stepping the mark and outsiders are thinking all of us at La Marina are tarnished with the same brush as it were.

I would strongly advise the Administration Department to start deleting some of her uncalled and very rude criticisms, or where necessary just delete the postings made by this person altogether.

A lot of the time I just do not bother to post up here - I just watch from afar, as I'm sure a great percentage of people do.

This forum started off as a very friendly, helpful and fun place to come on to, and I most sincerely hope that he can get back to being so. I greatly appreciate you reading my posting. I would very much like to wish one and all a very happy evening.

Of course I have my own opinions, exactly as you suggest, where is the problem?
It was the administrator of this site who stuck a letter in my letter box inviting me to register and express my view. This I have done, is the administrator wrong to have done that?
I assure you that even though I have an opinion that differs from yours that I am as least as nice a person as you are?
