Can someone tell me how to reply to a message that doesn't have the "Comment" box at the bottom.
I recently asked for help with problem and a lady I think Linda, apologies if I have the wrong name, sent me advice. We found it very helpful and have done as she recommended but can't work out how to add to the "String". Thanks

You have to reply via the comment box which will be on the first posting of any new topic. Put the person's name at the front who you wish to see it ie LINDA.
