There is no public transport from Alicante Airport to Santa Pola, you could ask the hotel that you are staying in if they provide transport, if not then unfortunately it will have to be a taxi, which will cost approx 30 euros

On this same subject does anyone know of a reliable taxi service from the airport to Urb La Marina. Rental cars are getting very expensive with the fuel surcharges and ours sits outside the house all week while we cycle around ! I've seen a couple of internet pre-book services. Anybody tried these ?

Would it not be cheaper just to get a Taxi at the Airport. Then when going back there is a good taxi service from the rank on the strip. They will come to your villa and pick you up

We've pre-booked a taxi from the airport to the Urb for ยฃ64 return with Suntransfers.com. That's a third of the cost of a car rental for the week. We're out 3rd week in July. I'll let you know if it was a success.

As promised, a quick word on our experience with Suntransfers.com - excellent ! It was more like being chauffeur driven than taxied. They were waiting in arrivals for us and went straight to our door without asking for directions. For the return journey they were at our door bang on time. I can highly recommend them.

The taxi fares from Alicante,are now posted on a wall outside the arrivals exit,I am sure I read Santa Pola as being approx 22 euros.hope this is of some use to you
