WANTED Long Term Rental - Detached 3 Bed Villa with Private Pool

We had a lady call in to our office this afternoon who is looking URGENTLY for a 3 Bed, 2 Bath Detached Villa with Private Pool for a Long Term Rental starting as soon as possible. She is willing to pay between 500 - 700 euros per month for the right property. The property should be in the La Marina to Guardamar areas.

Carol, I have a villa as described which is advertised on the rentals section. I have someone looking at it on the 8th Sept with a view to renting it, but i need to keep all options open.
