The Villa is conveniently placed near to the La Marquesa Golf club house plus one of the largest commercial zones at the north end of Quesada. A short walk to restaurants, bars and and shops including a large super market. Other places of interest are a short car journey away where you can enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Spanish town such as Rojales, Benajofar to the stunning beach and country park of Guardamar.

The urbanization is situated a few kilometers from the coast, 9 kilometers to the northwest of Torrevieja and about 40 kilometers south of the cosmopolitan city of Alicante. The surrounding area of Quesada has vast plantations with orange- and lemon trees. To the west inland lies a wide mountain range and in the opposite direction you can see the blue Mediterranean sea.
From Quesada it is easy to reach a number of interesting destinations for an excursion - you can for example visit the town of Elche with its famous forest of palm trees, the town of Murcia with its equally famous cathedral or many small Spanish towns with notable tourist sights.

Long Term Rental (October to April rates) Terms of booking for long term rentals are as follows: 500€ per Calendar month with one months rent payable in advance. An initial 500€ deposit refundable within 28 days of departure, once all utility payments are made and the property is checked for damage or loss other than normal wear and tear). A standard charge of 80€ per month is also taken towards electric and water each month, once bills have been received then the balance is required before the next month's rent is due.
