There is also the option to rent to smaller parties with a half house rental which entails some of the unnecessary bedrooms being locked off. With this is mind the villa is suitable for families or couples alike.

Accessibility
The Villa entrance is wheelchair accessible with wide double gates & a spacious paved patio. There are only 2 steps down leading into the property itself and once inside the house everything is on one level. The main bathroom is large and also wheelchair accessible. The Balcony has a rounded staircase with multiple steps leading up to it so is not accessible to wheelchair users. There is however a table and seating area around the patio and BBQ which can be enjoyed as is all on one level.

Outside
The large private pool (8x4m) has steps leading into the shallow end & climb out steel steps at the deep end.
The villa is situated on a quiet residential road but is only a few hundred metres from good quality bars and restaurants.
A few minutes more walking time takes you to the main entertainment area where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants to whet your appetite including Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Italian and of course Good Old British Pub Grub!!

£350 per week (off peak) to £700 (July- Sep)
£100 refundable security deposit is necessary to cover breakages.
There is also a 60 euro cleaning fee payable locally to the cleaner apon arrival.
