Terms of booking for long term rentals are as follows:
One months rent payable in advance.
An initial 500€ deposit or the equivalent of one months rent whichever is the greater. (Refundable within 28 days of departure, once all utility payments are made and the property is checked for damage or loss other than normal wear and tear).
80€ end clean. This is non negotiable.
A standard charge is also taken towards electric and water each month, once bills have been received then the balance is required before the next month's rent is due.
