English Speaking Doctor

Hello....my family & I are moving out later in the year to Quesada, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good doctor, preferably one with a good level of English (until such times we are confident in Spanish.) I also have 2 young children, so again, if anyone can recommend a good doctor for the children.
