There will now be a very small window of time to rectify this situation before the financial impact will be too great for the bar owners.
This whole situation must be driven be either 1person in power or a dept of the government for it to have been implemented at this speed
These need to be identified and challenged as to the validity and consequences.
Given the whole spanish economy is in free fall should this be highlighted as depriving someone of making a living or has la marina urb been targeted specifically which would then lead to questions re equality which Europe prides itself on .

This is all very sad what has happened in La Marina, i regretfully returned to the UK after 9yrs living there March 2009, After losing my Villa out there, (another story), The bars then were buzzing day and night nobody seemed to complain about any noise as everyone was joining in and having fun, ive read many stories on here, and sadly after reading i can only put the blame on the few residents that had moved in there in recent years that have constantly moaned about the bars that were only trying to please everbody, the noise never bothered me or any of the friends i knew and still know out there, in the past there was very few police and only to happy to drink with you, and it was a very friendly lively place to live, so im afraid all this trouble has been brought on by those few selfish people, my sympathy is with those hard working bar owners trying to make a living and pleasing all you residents ,i wish not to offend anybody on here but it is my true feelings, i loved living there so be grateful your not having to live here in the uk, regards Nigel

Yes lets act and support our Urb. But the problem is not a local political one it should be given and passed up to who ever the MP is who represents us. Until that is done NOTHING will happen at all.
