spanish tax

Can anyone give me any advice regarding tax in Spain, I have been told as I am receiving State Pension from the UK, I do not have to complete a tax form, and accountants do not advise us otherwise just to get a fee thank you

It pays to go and see a solicitor because if you declare your pension etc in Spain it will help you if the situation arises if you ever have to pay inheritance tax. The solicitor in the small bungalow on the strip is very good. For the last few years we have been paying 80 euros a couple and my friend, who is on his own, pays 50 euros. I think you will find it is Spanish Law. If you have not got your residencia, then you pay Suma Renta.

HI DOT IF YOU RESIDE IN SPAIN FOR 183 DAYS YOU ARE A TAX RESIDENT AND MUST FILL IN A TAX RETURN. I WILL EMAIL YOU A GOOD ADVISOR.

Not true what you mean is you are classed as a Resident but it does pay to be classed as a Fiscal resident and is worth the 50€ or so it will cost
