Just a simple question.

When the developers put in the new San Fransisco de Asis section of the road a few years ago, they planted many trees on the side of the road, plus in the two open park spaces.
To go with this they installed an automatic watering system for the trees in my mind this was nice to see as it meant that they trees would survive. Well cant remember when it was that I last witnessed it working. That is until to day we now have a blue council van two men and on the back of the van a water butt and they have all morning been watering the plants.
Well done, but why did the powers that be not just turn on the modern up todate autamatic watering system. FIND THIS MIND BLOWING.
