Lovely villa in private grounds within a small community close to Oliva although pertaining to the neighbouring village, La Font D'en Carros.

The villa has three bedrooms flipped on it's head, that's to say the living area is above and the bedrooms below. On the main living floor, aside from the shower room, there's a comfortable lounge diner with an attractive archway separating it from the kitchen, a glazed covered terrace and an open terrace. The kitchen could easily be closed off if you prefer; personally I like them open, but I shouldn't try to impose my taste on anyone else so you can just ignore me on that one.

Whilst enjoying commanding views, you only have to sit down in your lounge or on the terrace to appreciate them and you don't have to go far up the hill to get the villa; it's down near the bottom.
