This flat is one of the best apartments that our company offers. It is a 3 bedroom rental apartment for expats in the best area of Valencia: Ruzafa-Canovas. There is a small room than can be used as an office or a third bedroom. The total capacity of the apartment is 4 people, up to 5 if we can put an extra single bed in the third room.

The flat is furnished and was completely renovated in 2012 and is very stylishly decorated. The living room is spacious, with a salon and a dining area (table for 6 people). The kitchen is nice and completely equipped. The bathroom is clean, modern and practical.

The second bedroom has a little balcony. The flat is located in a traditional building with no elevator (3rd floor). There is a storage room to leave bikes on the ground floor. The apartment is situated in the best neighborhood of Valencia!

The apartment is located in the best neighbourhood of Valencia! Ruzafa-Canovas is famous amongst locals and tourists. There are great bars and restaurants and Ruzafa is convenient for the city centre. It is 10/15 minutes by foot and just a couple of minutes by public transport. You are benefiting from being close to everything the city offers but in a quieter area. In the other direction you are walking distance from the Jardín del Turia and the dry river bed, the Mestalla stadium and the City of Arts and Sciences. Just a litle further you have the marina and the port areas. The beaches are easily reached by frequent public transport.
