This beautiful south facing villa is superbly situated in the village just below the Hotel Mijas. It forms one of only 6 exclusive apartments which share beautifully kept and maintained communal gardens and a large and inviting swimming pool.

The apartment is south facing and so enjoys all day sun, so is the perfect holiday home for sun lovers. The lounge is light and bright with patio doors leading out to its private terrace and the gardens. There is SKY free to air channels and an internet dongle can be arranged if required. The kitchen is very well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and conveniently patio doors lead out again to the private balcony where you can enjoy your meals.

There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have twin beds and the third with a double bed. These share a family bathroom, and there is a second bathroom located just off the lounge which can be used for one of the bedrooms or as a guest bathroom.

Outside in addition to the front terrace which has an awning for shade if needed, there is a side terrace which you can also use for sunbathing. With its level gardens and pool just in front of you, the apartment is perfect for a family with children as you can sit on the terrace to watch them as they play.

Although car hire is unnecessary due to the apartment's central location, if you choose to hire a car then there is secure gated parking.
