Spacious holiday apartment with a marvelous view to the Mediterranean Sea for up to 8 guests in the center of Alicante city, situated right on the beach front. Restaurants and cafes are located just next to the building and the closest grocery store is within 5 minutes reach on foot. You can spend you holidays relaxing on the sandy beach while sunbathing, swimming, playing volleyball and football, exercising on the gym equipment that is located right on the beach, trying out some water sports (surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, kayaking), walking, jogging, cycling and rollerblading along the main promenade, which is situated along the coast line. You will also enjoy sightseeing in the city, visiting its museums, cinemas and variety of shops. If you are more of an adventurous person you might enjoy your time in an amusement park “Terra Mitica” and a water park “Aqualandia”, which are located in Benidorm. You can get to the parks within 1:09h drive by tram and during the trip to enjoy the beautiful sights of the Mediterranean Sea and Spanish villages as the tram line goes just along the coast. The closest tram stop is within 5 minutes walk from the building.

You can easily reach Alicante Airport by bus (C6), which is just 13 km away from the building. And the bus stop is within 7 minutes reach on foot.

The apartment (150 m²) is located on the 4th floor of a 12 - story building (with an elevator). There are 5 rooms (3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a lounge room and a saloon with a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all of the electronic home appliances you need for your holidays. You can find an electric hob, a refrigerator with a freezer, microwaves, a cooker hood, toaster and a coffeemaker in the kitchen and a TV in the saloon, all of the dishes you need as well as towels and bed linen. There is a small laundry room in the apartment with a washing machine inside.

- After the visit the apartment has to be left clean. If not EUR 50 will be taken from the damage deposit, which is EUR 150.
