Totally Digital

You fitted for me two Humex boxes some time ago.At the same time you supplied and fitted a satellite dish. All have worked well till now. Unfortunately I get fragmentation on my picture frequently which I did not before. Now I find that it is impossible to change channel or perform other actions through the remote and the box. bI have changed batteries and tried additional suggestions from the faults list supplied. All without sucess. I shall be pleased if you can call to check this fault. I stay on Urbanisation La Marina tel 966 797 097
